About Pinnacle Home Buyers

We’re a family-owned real estate investment company based out of Charlotte.  Greg and Danielle Mucha are the husband and wife team that founded Pinnacle Home Buyers (formerly NextHome Properties) in 2015, after realizing our love for transforming houses and helping homeowners sell one of their biggest assets.  We pride ourselves in being a company homeowners can trust and enjoy doing business with.

About the Owners

Greg is in charge of Project Managment, Finances, Acquisitions, Strategy and Marketing for Pinnacle Home Buyers.  Greg is in process of obtaining a General Contractors License for larger scale building projects.  Greg holds a University of Michigan Engineering Degree.

Danielle is the Lead Designer and Sales Manager for Pinnacle Home Buyers.  Danielle is a Licensed North and South Carolina Real Estate Broker (License Numbers 287650 & 102161) and has earned numerous top sales awards.  Danielle holds a University of Michigan Psychology Degree.

We have three great children who also enjoy helping out in our family business.  One of their favorite things is being involved in the demo phase of our rehab projects! Below is a photo of our family at a 5k charity race held in Rock Hill, SC.
